About Linda

Linda arrived in Steamboat in 1975 to ski one season and never returned to her native Minnesota. She soon became immersed in the ski industry, working with Sport Stalker (now Christy Sports) and helping facilitate their growth from 2 ski shops to 35 stores in 8 major ski resorts in Colorado and Utah, and eventually becoming Vice-President of Merchandising/Buying. In 2005, she became an entrepreneur with the purchase of her own retail stores and continues today with Chez Nous in downtown Steamboat. Linda has been in retail for over 45 years in sales, management, buying and merchandising. Her strengths lie in defining and finding trends in retail for her stores. Linda is confident that she will bring the same intuition, experience and attention to detail, to find the perfect Steamboat property to match the needs of her clients. She gives her undivided attention during the search process to her clients, by listening to their dream of property ownership, be it a home or a piece of land. Linda has aligned herself with other talented individuals in the real estate industry to insure success. Many of their buyer clients have gone on to become their seller- and then their buyers again. There is no better testament to Linda's dedication and talent as a realtor. Rookie of the Year 2016 just 6 months into her new career as a Realtor, she has achieved the Circle of Excellence every year following and in 2020 the Global Summit award. Linda is a past Board Member of Mainstreet Steamboat and Steamboat Springs Chamber Association. She takes full advantage of the Steamboat Springs lifestyle. She is an avid skier, horseback rider, loves hiking the trails surrounding Steamboat and being with her 4 granddaughters. Her daughter and son, both born and raised in Steamboat, have chosen to stay in Steamboat.
